This hotel is simply amazing! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony/outdoor area. The attached bar/restaurant is a wine lover's dream. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to carry our luggage upstairs. The room amenities, like the coffee machine and fresh fruit, were a nice touch. The bathroom was luxurious with a large bathtub and high-quality toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't be better, close to shops, restaurants, and the canals. Highly recommended! The breakfast was delicious, with a generous selection of fresh fruit and vegan options. The hotel went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. The room was quiet and the bed was perfect for a restful sleep. It was a truly perfect stay.

The value for the money was excellent, with a beautifully decorated room, complete with a coffee machine and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even helping us with our suitcases.
The morning meal could be improved with more seating options, especially on chilly mornings when the balcony isn't ideal.

Located in a charming museum quarter, this hotel is an ideal base for exploring the city. The nearby train station and a variety of food options make it easy to get around and enjoy local cuisine. The luxurious and cosy rooms offer comfortable beds and modern amenities, including a huge bathtub, fresh fruit, and organic cake along with a lovely breakfast arrangement. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests' needs are met, although the chime of the neighbouring church's clock can be a bit distracting at times.

The location was perfect for exploring the city during Christmas time, as it was right in the heart of the old town. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and Christmas markets. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the room had a lovely design and was stylishly decorated, giving it a cozy and festive atmosphere.
That the room was quite small, making it a bit cramped for two people. Another negative aspect was the lack of a breakfast room, forcing us to have breakfast in our room.

Great room with cozy balcony and lovely bathroom, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was really nice and helpful, they even offered a complimentary breakfast. The location was also convenient, close to the city center and within walking distance of some great restaurants.
The noise from the nearby clock tower kept us up at night. the room's walls were too thin, making it hard to sleep with the noise from the neighboring rooms.

We were delighted with our stay at Zies. The stylish room with a lovely balcony was a perfect retreat after exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast bag was a delicious and generous touch. I highly recommend this hidden treasure in Utrecht.

The room was spacious and had a modern bathroom. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony in our room was a nice bonus, offering a place to relax and enjoy the view.
There was no reception area or breakfast area, and nowhere to sit and relax. The rooms felt cramped and the decor was overdone, making the space feel even smaller.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel located in a trendy area, and I highly recommend it. The hotel had a cozy wine bar downstairs, which added to its charm. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service. The room itself was spot on and filled with delightful wine-themed decorations. I particularly loved the balcony, where I could soak up the sun in the mornings. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the museum quarter and plenty of cute shops.
The hotel was nearly perfect, with just a minor inconvenience - some noise from the thin walls.

The location, right in the center of the charming old town, is perfect for exploring all that this trendy area has to offer. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a bath and a lovely balcony. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is an added bonus.
The hotel could improve on the issue of noise, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Located in the heart of the town, easy access to transportation, and beautiful decoration. The room was clean and well-furnished, and the bathroom was quite impressive. We enjoyed our balcony with a great view of the surroundings, where we had breakfast. The breakfast was basic, but delicious, with fresh fruit and coffee.

Located in a very nice area that is busy enough without being overwhelmingly crowded, this hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the city center. The beautiful church nearby adds to the charm, although it may wake you up at 5am with its hourly chimes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and adjustable lighting. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit and homemade pastries.
The coffee machine in the room is difficult to use, especially if you're tall.
